Communications and Actor Meeting Arrangement

I visited the main location of my music video (The Debut Restaurant, City College Norwich) to ask permission to use the kitchen for my video, and came back with successful permission to use the location while the kitchen is not in use. On Monday 16th November, I will be visiting to carry out a full recce and risk assessment so that filming can commence at the earliest convenience. I have also communicated with some actors which expressed their interest on a sign-up sheet in the drama department of college, explaining the times which they would be asked to act corresponding with the availability of the restaurant and asking them to attend a meeting on Tuesday 17th November for casting and discussions of the processes.
